Technology for a good cause
Sensatech GmbH was founded in early 2023 by Florian Hintermeier and Gusztav Ottrubay, who both have a background in IT and robotics. An initial idea to make it easier for people without Internet skills to enter the digital world eventually became the AmigoBox. The resulting feedback not only confirmed the relevance of digital inclusion on the internet, but also made it clear that true inclusion in the digital space is still in its infancy.
As a result, the vision of working as a software company with a purpose for the social and care sector has grown. Especially in areas with many people and many administrative tasks, it is all the more important to use simple and efficient tools for support. The aim is not to reduce contact with people, but rather to save time in administrative tasks for the employees of social organisations who work with people.

We design and develop simple, ready-to-use digital tools in a participatory manner with social actors in order to operate and provide practical and flexible software.
Values
Interdisciplinary teams work together to cover different perspectives and develop a holistic understanding of problem areas and possible solutions. The resulting tools should be optimally adapted to the users’ day-to-day work and be flexible and reliable to use.
